SAML 2.0 for Windows Identity Foundation

With the release of Safewhere's full implementation of the SAML 2.0 protocol for service providers, SP Lite, on the Windows Identity Foundation, all developers of ASP.NET applications may now connect directly into SAML 2.0 federations.

More and more governments and private institutions introduce federated authentication for web based applications, and with that a number of standards and specifications are needed to support a flexible web of identity and service providers.

On the general Microsoft platform and specifically in Windows Identity Foundation, WIF, the lack of SAML 2.0 may become an issue, as governments and large organizations are demanding this particular standard for federated authentication.

Our new toolkit, Safewhere*SAML2.0 for Windows Identity Foundation, allows you to leverage all the benefits of WIF, while still being able to participate directly in SAML 2.0 federations.

Read our product sheet to learn more or get in touch to discuss if this will fit your needs.
