SOA Security and Identity & Access Management

Safewhere develops a unique product suite setting the standard for next generation solutions in the secure SOA and identity & access management space. The products are unique due to their distributed, decentralized design and their innovative utilization of industry standards and technologies.

London-based consulting firm Library House last year identified Safewhere as one of the highest-potential startup software companies in Europe. And most recently we have been selected to implement the entire identity and SOA infrastructure for a prominent e-government portal, which has just ranked number one in the world by the United Nations.

Your job

Your job will be to translate this highly rated potential into software products of the highest standards - not only in terms of runtime correctness, robustness, and resilience, but also in terms of the high quality of your designs.

To build these innovative products, we are looking for developers longing to develop software "the right way" using the latest Microsoft and Open Source tools and technologies.

Our products are based on a range of industry standards and specifications including SAML and WS-Security.

Your responsibilities will include programming on Microsoft and/or J2EE platforms including IBM WebSphere. In Microsoft .NET, our main platform, we work in C# with a range of technologies including .Net 2.0/3.0, Cardspace, etc.

Your qualifications

• have some knowledge of SOA and/or computer security; this may include areas such as encryption and standards such as WS-Security/Trust and SAML
• have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

You may be required to work overtime for shorter periods of time.
