Today PensionDanmark, a large Danish pension company, took the first step in moving all authentication and user management out of their growing number of web applications and on to the new central Safewhere*identify installation.

The new infrastructure supporting Danish national X.509 infrastructure, Digital Signatur, along with Danish bank authentication, NetID, went live with the new health care web site today. The solution will also support next generation national ID-infrastructure, branded NemID, as of the NemID launch on July 1, 2010.
